The Service Center Intern position is the focus point for all customer contact for the NAP of the Americas. This position is dedicated to meeting or exceeding expectation of both internal and external customers in a 24 X 7 operational environment. The Service Center Intern position acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for documentation, identification, classification, prioritization, tracking and resolution of any and all customer issues. This position will use critical thinking skills to evaluate problems and take appropriate actions to resolve them. This position will immediately escalate any issue that cannot be resolved to the appropriate internal Terremark support team for resolution. The Service Center Intern will continuously monitors any open ticket issue to ensure appropriate actions are being taken to resolve the issue regardless of where the responsibility resides within the service management system. This position is responsible for communicating to the customer on issues which may in any way adversely impact that customer’s business or operation.

New Retired Exam Promotional Codes Posted for Cisco Certification Exams
Students, instructors, and alumni can access retired exam promotional codes through links on the following Academy web pages:
· Class home page
· Tools section of Academy Connection
· Help feature on Academy Connection
Retired exams will be available to the Networking Academy community through July 31, 2009 and promotional codes will be updated every six months.
To register for a retired version of a certification exam you will need to provide your academy name and ID. The two ways of registering with promotional codes are:
· Call a Pearson VUE service center (www.pearsonvue.com/cisco/contact).
· Register directly with a testing center. To find a center near you, see:

Current students are not eligible for Vouchers until they complete the fourth course: “Accessing the WAN”. Student must score 75% or higher on their first attempt of the Final Exam to qualify for Discount Vouchers.
